Milk2Market is pleased to launch the new season’s 2020/21 Milk Price Calculator.
This year we have significantly increased the information to more than 68 payment contracts across all states and dairy companies.
The new features include an option to include exclusive or non-exclusive contracts and an option to select an income estimate for the top-ranked companies. You can also choose options for one year or multi-year prices, different milk ratios and growth incentives.
The Milk Price Calculator is a free service to use as many times as you like.

How it works
Dairy farmers input their monthly milk volume, fat and protein percentages, the region in which they operate and whether they want a one, two or three year deal.
The calculator report will be emailed to you with a comparison of farm gate milk prices and top income estimate for your farm.
The price calculation allowed for base milk prices, step-ups, growth incentives, productivity incentives, stop and volume charges and levy deductions.
What it is good for
Not only for once a year check on prices. The Milk Calculator is a great tool for budgeting, comparing step-ups or just trying to work out which company and payment system suit your farm system. Users of the calculator can also run production scenarios to show income for various production outcomes.
What you will receive
- A customized report will show milk
prices on offer by region and will be able to find the best match for your milk
supply.
- The farm-gate milk prices (in MS $/kg
and Net revenue) are net of levies and calculated from the milk supply profile
with monthly milk volume, milk fat & protein.
Whilst we make every endeavour to provide a best estimate for users, we welcome feedback. If you find a difference between our calculator and your own income estimates, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Info@milk2market.com.au
