CURRENT POSITION
Support Services Officer
Position: Full Time
Date: January 2022
The Support Services Officer (SSO) is an integral part of providing M2M services to a variety of M2M current and potential customers.
As part of a team, the SSO will support services offered by Milk2Market including Milk Exchange and Milk Calculator particularly with gathering and reviewing data and test results, highlighting and rectification of missing information, direct communication with farmers and client staff and support for business growth activities.
Position Details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Knowledge of the Australian Dairy Industry is a distinct advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Flexible hours
Ability to commute/relocate: Richmond VIC 3121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education: Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma (Preferred)
Experience: Services Support: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Remotely: Temporarily due to COVID-19
